Clint Howard, IAPS/MC, PSA, is a landscape pastel artist based in North Arkansas in the Ozark mountains. He is a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of America and the American Tonalist Society. Most importantly, he is a husband and father. Clint gains his artistic inspiration through his love of fly-fishing, hiking, and the outdoors.
